General requirements
This is an employer-driven process. The employer must first obtain a "Special work permit" from the Department of Internal Affairs. The employee then applies for a long-term (Type D) visa with a completed application form, valid passport, photo, a certified copy of the work permit, an employment contract, and proof of medical insurance.
