General requirements
This is a basis for a Temporary Residence Permit. For spouses/children of a BiH citizen or a foreign resident. Requires a valid passport, proof of relationship (marriage/birth certificate), proof of the sponsor's status, and proof of sufficient funds, accommodation, and health insurance from the sponsor, as well as a police clearance certificate for the applicant.
