Advance your career at the center of European power with a Belgian Work Visa. As the de facto capital of the European Union, Brussels offers exceptional opportunities for professionals in international relations, diplomacy, law, finance, and lobbying. Beyond politics, Belgium has a strong economy with a high demand for skilled workers in technology, engineering, and healthcare. This visa, requiring an employer sponsorship, is your pathway to a dynamic international career, a high quality of life, and a central location with easy access to all of Europe. Position yourself at the forefront of global affairs.

General requirements

For non-EU/EEA nationals. This is an employer-driven process requiring a "Single Permit" (combining work and residence authorization). The employer applies for authorization, proving no suitable local/EU candidate is available. The employee then applies for a long-stay (Type D) visa with the permit approval, a valid passport, a completed application, a medical certificate, and a police clearance certificate.
